Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year UK collections experience in any industry.
• Minimum 1 year of any financial account experience for Customer Service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Amenable to work onsite on a mid-shift scheduled (UK Time zone).
• Willingness to work in shifts and be customer centric.
• Possess good negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on delinquent accounts and perform collection activities.
• Call customers and inform about the account status and collect due amount.
• Negotiate with the customer in an assertive manner to deliver outcome.
• Update relevant systems and add service requests based on discussion.
• Adhere to laws and regulations while performing collection duties.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams when more information is needed.
• Ensure that the right service is provided to the customer.
