• Possess good negotiation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work on delinquent accounts and perform collection activities.

• Negotiate with the customer in an assertive manner to deliver outcome.
• Update relevant systems and add service requests based on discussion.
• Adhere to laws and regulations while performing collection duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UK collections experience in any industry is a must for Collections Specialist.
• Minimum 1 year of any financial account experience for Customer Service.
• Applicants with experience handling UK banking/financial collections are highly prioritized.
• atleast holds a High School Diploma (Old curriculum) / SHS / College Undergrad / College Graduate
• Amenable to work onsite on a mid-shift scheduled (UK Time zone)
• Need to have good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication
