Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will work with clients, product teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions.

The role supports a Hybrid Setup with flexible/rotational shifts. You will lead UX activities, develop design systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products and services.
• Executive level roles require 10+ years of professional design experience, including design operations and delivery management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, and visual/interface design.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements with product managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, benchmarking, and heuristic evaluations.
• Develop personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and information architecture.
• Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Design intuitive, functional, and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Plan usability and UX testing, incorporating user feedback into design improvements.
• Lead design workshops and present design recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Independently manage UI/UX design projects and contribute to product strategy.
