Job summary

APW Tech is seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience of enterprise web and mobile applications. You will transform complex business processes into intuitive, accessible interfaces that align with user needs and business goals.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver responsive, accessible experiences, maintain design systems, and guide end-to-end design thinking from research to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, CS, or related field.
• 5 years of professional UI/UX Design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX process, research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Experience designing complex enterprise applications, platforms, or business systems.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mocks, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Develop high-fidelity interfaces and ensure design system consistency.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders across the lifecycle.

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to lead the design and user experience of enterprise web and mobile applications. This role will play a key part in transforming complex business processes into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and project teams to create modern, responsive, and accessible user experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Experience Design

• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.

• Analyze user behavior, pain points, and feedback to drive design decisions.

• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Wireframing & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Continuously iterate designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.

UI Design

• Develop high-fidelity user interfaces that are visually appealing and functional.

• Ensure consistency across products through design systems, style guides, and reusable components.

• Design experiences that meet accessibility and usability standards.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, product managers, and project stakeholders.

• Present concepts, prototypes, and final designs to stakeholders.

• Support implementation and provide design guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation & Design Governance

• Create design specifications, style guides, user flows, and handoff documentation.

• Maintain consistency across interfaces and ensure alignment with design standards.
