End-to-End Ownership: Lead and direct UX activities for large, complex B2B features and enterprise modules from conceptual ideation to detailed UI delivery.
Artefact Creation: Build comprehensive design artefacts, including user flows, service blueprints, interactive wireframes, and production-ready high-fidelity UI specifications.
Prototyping & Iteration: Design, test, and iterate on complex user interactions, ensuring technical feasibility and intuitive user journeys for software engineering hand-off.
Design System Stewardship: Drive design consistency and cross-product coherence by advocating strict alignment with enterprise Design Principles and scalable Design Systems.
Prioritization & Advocacy: Champion human-centered refinements, feature improvements, and design-led changes across multi-disciplinary product roadmaps.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product managers, solution architects, and engineering leads to turn complex financial business logic into elegant digital experiences.
Design Reviews & Mentorship: Guide and mentor associate designers, facilitate research practices, and run structured design reviews to elevate overall team capabilities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience.
Professional Tenure: 3–5 years of experience as a Senior Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating complex product UI/UX execution.
Domain Advantage: Prior experience designing enterprise financial systems, fintech platforms, or complex B2B operational applications is highly beneficial.
UX Fundamentals: Deep proficiency in end-to-end UX methodologies, including contextual user research, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and usability testing.
Design Systems: Hands-on experience utilizing, extending, and governing enterprise-wide design systems.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to dissect complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into structured, user-centric product designs.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of navigating dynamic, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
