Job summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. The role combines strong visual design with user experience principles to translate business and user requirements into effective, visually appealing solutions.

The position will work with product, development, and business teams to design seamless user journeys and deliver high-quality interfaces across digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology or related field.
• 3–7+ years of UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of user-centered and responsive design principles.
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and digital applications.
• Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Translate business requirements and user insights into practical UX solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review interfaces for usability and visual consistency.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging technologies.
