Job summary

Maybank Investment Banking Group in the Philippines seeks an energetic equities specialist to service UHNI retail and institutional clients in a hybrid role. You will execute trades on the PSE, provide daily client coverage, and share investment ideas alongside Maybank’s research insights.

Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations while aiming to meet revenue targets. Opportunities for cross-country engagements and travel with Maybank events are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in equities sales, trading, or brokerage preferred.
• PSE/SEC licenses are an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong market interest welcome.

Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades for UHNI clients on the PSE with accuracy and speed.
• Provide daily coverage to UHNI clients via calls, emails, and messages.
• Promote investment opportunities using research and insights from MIBG/MSPH.
• Offer margin products and other services to qualified UHNI clients.
• Assist clients with account openings and trade-related inquiries.
• Support client servicing through select digital marketing channels.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations, and Maybank entities on events and sessions.
• Meet monthly and year-end revenue and performance targets.
• Provide backup support to the Institutional Equities Dealing Team when needed.
