HRTx Inc. in the Philippines seeks an energetic Sales Associate to manage client accounts and grow business. You will promote FX products, coordinate transactions, and deliver high-level client service to financial clients across Makati and Cebu.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of two years in sales within banking or financial services, with strong communication and negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry.
• Experience in account management, business development, or client relationship management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and services, with strong attention to compliance and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Manage assigned client accounts and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing prospective clients.
• Promote and present foreign exchange products and services, while providing clients with appropriate solutions based on their needs.
• Handle foreign exchange transactions, including pricing negotiations, order booking, and coordination of trade requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely assistance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Monitor sales activities and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and seamless service delivery.
