This role focuses on maintaining call quality, resolving complex issues, and driving standardization of network telephony practices, with an on-site start for six months transitioning to a hybrid model (3 days

Qualifications

• 5-7 Years of relevant work experience in UCaaS/VoIP support or related roles.
• Experience with advanced networking concepts and solid troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for logging, tracking, and escalation.
• Hands-on experience with Broadsoft is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• CCNA Voice certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support as the primary contact for clients, troubleshooting call quality, features, and connectivity.
• Mentor and escalate to Tier 1 UCaaS Analysts, guiding resolution and tracking progress.
• Analyze call logs and system data to identify root causes and recurring issues.
• Maintain documentation and suggest process improvements to enhance support workflows.
• Contribute to design, administration, and maintenance of the telephony infrastructure; assist in deployment and testing of new solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure voice network performance and availability.
