Job summary

Comcast Business in Pasig City, Ortigas Center Glas Tower, is seeking a Tier 2 UCaaS Engineer to evolve the telephony infrastructure, lead integration efforts, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 3–5 years of UCaaS/VoIP experience, strong networking and troubleshooting skills, and willingness to work a variable schedule. On-site for the first six months, then hybrid (3 days on-site).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in a UCaaS/VoIP support role.
• 3-5 years experience with advanced to expert-level networking concepts.
• CCNA Voice certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Expert Support: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to call quality, system features, and connectivity.
• Mentor and Escalate: act as an escalation contact for Tier 1 UCaaS Analysts, guiding resolution and escalating complex issues when needed.
• Analyze and Troubleshoot: use advanced problem-solving to analyze call logs and system data to identify root causes and trends.
• Maintain Documentation & Improve Processes: document troubleshooting steps and solutions, build a knowledge base, and suggest process improvements.
• Contribute to Infrastructure: support design, administration, and maintenance of telephony infrastructure, assist in deployment and testing of new solutions.
• Collaborate Effectively: work with internal teams and vendors to ensure performance and availability of voice network.
