Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant networking experience.
• Certifications such as NSE4, NSE7, CCNA, CCNP are highly encouraged.
• Experience providing technical leadership to junior engineers and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform network activations for Comcast customers following established procedures.
• Support customer migrations to the Comcast network across SD-WAN, IPsec, NaaS, MPLS, and SSL VPN.
• Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP) for optimal performance.
• Establish BGP peerings and design routing policies for public Internet presence.
• Collaborate with carriers to troubleshoot internet circuit issues and resolve them promptly.
• Activate and configure cloud services (Azure, AWS) for hybrid deployments.
• Deploy and manage FortiGate VMs and Silverpeak in cloud environments.
• Maintain thorough activation and troubleshooting documentation.
