Job summary
A leading consultancy firm in Metro Manila is looking for a Software Development Manager to oversee the development and management of a commercial lending platform. This role requires 9+ years of software development experience, with a strong emphasis on leadership and proficiency in TypeScript. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile methodologies and cloud platforms like AWS. Competitive salary up to ₱220,000 and benefits including HMO and 13th month pay. Immediate start preferred.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with commercial lending platforms is preferred, but any financial background is acceptable.
- Knowledgeable of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and management of the client’s commercial lending platform.
- Lead a team of developers, drive technical direction, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
