OneTeamAnywhere is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead in the Philippines (Metro Manila) for a hybrid setup supporting a US-based client. The role requires authorization to work in the Philippines and occasional office visits, with most work done remotely.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review code, mentor juniors, and stay updated on tech trends to drive delivery quality and efficiency.

We are looking for a passionate Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead for the Philippines to work in a hybrid setup for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Metro Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software projects while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Implement and maintain high-quality codebases using Typescript and React, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Utilize project management tools such as Linear to effectively track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Stay abreast of new technology trends and best practices in software development to continuously enhance our capabilities.
• Occasionally visit the office for team meetings, project kick-offs, and other collaborative activities, while primarily working remotely.
