Job summary

Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a Turnover Technician to support the Turnover Department in ensuring smooth transactions and maintenance of the developer's inventory, including units and parking slots, under supervision.

You will assist in qualifying, surveying, and validating status, document findings, coordinate with departments, and help prepare reports while learning on-the-job and supporting senior technicians.

Qualifications

• Five years solid experience in real estate setting assisting concerned department in housekeeping, monitoring, filing, repair and maintenance.
• HK, Electrical Safety, Basic Plumbing, Repair and Maintenance and Punchlisting/Filing of Docs

Responsibilities

• Assist in Qualifying/Punchlisting Unit Status.
• Survey and Validate Units/Parking Slots.
• Maintain Developer's Inventory.
• Basic Repairs and Maintenance under supervision.
• Coordinate with Departments to facilitate turnover processes.
• Document Management of maintenance activities.
• Ad hoc Duties and reports related to turnover activities.
