Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help customers adopt cloud computing, design scalable architectures, and ensure operations stay healthy.

You will partner with customers of all sizes, advise on best practices, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents, optimize performance, and share knowledge across AWS communities. The role requires travel and strong communication across engineering and support groups, enabling customers to realize

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager or equivalent
• Experience communicating complex cloud concepts to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or STEM field

Responsibilities

• Build a foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem
• Work with customers of all sizes to execute on the Enterprise Support value proposition of AWS
• Assist with operational support needs for customers already using AWS
• Collaborate with experienced technical account managers to craft and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS communities
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support
• Represent AWS within a customer’s environment and drive discussions on incidents, trade-offs and risk management
