You will be a trusted advisor to enterprise and startup customers, guiding them on best practices and coordinating with service engineering teams to improve operational health. In this role you will travel as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar technical account management or related role.
• Expertise in two or more technical domains (e.g., networking, compute, storage).
• Internal or external customer-facing experience with clear articulation.
• Ability to juggle tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles or internal enterprise support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong foundation of knowledge around AWS cloud services.
• Work with customers to execute the Enterprise Support value proposition.
• Assist with operational support needs for customers using AWS.
• Collaborate with TAMs to share best-practice knowledge.
• Act as a liaison between customers, service engineering, and support.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents and risks.

Skills

5+ years experience in TAM/consultant/

Expertise in 2+ technical domains

Customer-facing experience

Ability to juggle tasks in fast-paced

Strong communication skills

Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/others)

Education
