Job summary

Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager for ES – APJC-ASEAN to help customers adopt cloud computing and solve complex data problems.

You will partner with customers and AWS teams to craft scalable architectures, provide proactive guidance, and ensure operational health of AWS environments. This role requires strong communication, hands-on AWS experience, and the ability to travel 10% or more as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a TAM, consultant, solutions architect, or similar, in cloud environments.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operating parameters and troubleshooting in distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of AWS cloud services and ecosystem.
• Work with customers to deliver Enterprise Support value.
• Assist with operational support for AWS customers.
• Collaborate with TACs to share best practices.
• Act as liaison between customers and service engineering.
• Represent AWS and discuss incidents, risks and trade-offs.
