Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking a Trust Relationship Associate to provide comprehensive support to Trust Relationship Officers in servicing and administration of trust accounts. You will assist with account openings, maintenance, contributions and withdrawals while handling client inquiries with timely, accurate responses.

The role emphasizes preparing compliant documentation, coordinating with branches, and generating reports for the team.

Qualifications

College degree required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
General knowledge of economics, finance and management.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Pleasant personality, people-oriented, patient and amiable.

Responsibilities

Assist Trust Relationship Officers in servicing and administration of trust accounts
Process transactions (account opening, maintenance, contributions, withdrawals) accurately
Handle client inquiries and provide timely support
Prepare and maintain account documentation in compliance with KYC/AMLA requirements
Coordinate with branches on document submission and account updates
Generate reports and provide administrative support to the team
Support marketing-related activities (e.g., email communications)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
