Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Account Servicing Manager for the Trust Banking Group to oversee the efficient and compliant execution of clients’ day-to-day trust transactions. You will work closely with relationship teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client concerns, driving process improvements within regulatory bounds.

The role requires strong knowledge of trust regulations, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of trust regulations, policies, procedures and portfolio management processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and manage client transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with technology to support continuous improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end transactional support for Trust accounts, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant execution of client instructions and investment orders.
• Coordinates with Account Managers and internal units to ensure seamless client servicing and adherence to servicing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supports business growth and drives process improvements while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.
