Responsibilities

• Maintain the Trust and Asset Management Group’s Daily Trial Balance.
• Process year-end closing activities and post entries to the General Ledger.
• Recognize income from trust operations and prepare final reports.
• Reconcile General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledger balances.
• Validate asset balances with custodians and counterparties.
• Prepare regulatory reports to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
• Submit internal, management, and audit schedules and reports.
• Monitor trust fees, reserves, and fund valuations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Report covered transactions via AML monitoring system.
• Perform daily Net Asset Value pricing for Unit Investment Trust Funds.
