Job summary

Bank of Commerce seeks a Trust Administration Specialist in Metro Manila to efficiently manage daily transactions for trust and IMA clients, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role supports Account Managers and Division Heads, coordinating with divisions and channels to execute maturity dispositions, document reviews, and timely processing of trust-related activities.

Responsibilities

• Engages in account management activities for all trust products of existing and outstanding trust and IMA accounts, focusing on sending of maturities specifically to branches.
• Coordinates with other TSG Divisions and/or the Bank’s distribution channels for the following:
• a. Preparation and review of the required updating documents,
• b. Escalation of client and transaction concerns to the proper reviewing and approving authority,
• c. Secure clearances and approvals of documentation, transactions, and exceptions on a case-to-case basis;
• d. Completion of daily maturity dispositions and all trust-related transactions within the standard turn-around-time;
• e. Transmittal of Official Receipt and Confirmation of Investment/Participation either to branches or clients.

Job Summary:

Responsible for efficiently and accurately administering daily transactions of all existing and outstanding trust clients while ensuring compliance to policy and regulations to support the Account Managers and Department Heads; and

Responsible for coordinating and executing the activities and initiatives of the Division consistent with the overall business direction and strategy as set by the Division Head and Chief Trust Officer.
