This full-time role combines hands-on driving with essential operational support to ensure timely, safe deliveries and smooth daily logistics workflows. You will plan routes, conduct vehicle checks, load and unload cargo, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Philippine Professional Driver's License (PDL) for commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience as a truck driver or commercial vehicle operator.
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Physical fitness with ability to perform loading/unloading.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of freight and cargo throughout the region, whilst supporting our operational excellence and customer satisfaction objectives. This role combines hands‑on driving responsibilities with operational support functions, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure cargo reaches its destination on time and in perfect condition
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage promptly
• Load, secure, and unload freight and cargo with care, ensuring proper documentation and handling procedures
• Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and trip documentation as required by regulatory authorities
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery times
• Support warehouse and operational activities, including sorting, packing, and inventory management as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout daily operations
• Represent All Flag Logistics Inc. professionally with customers and stakeholders at all times

What we're looking for

• Valid Philippine Professional Driver's License (PDL) with an appropriate classification for commercial vehicles
• Proven experience as a truck driver or commercial vehicle operator, ideally within the freight and cargo forwarding industry
• In-depth knowledge of local traffic regulations, road safety standards, and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and meet tight schedules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused approach
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour such as loading and unloading cargo
• Reliable attendance record and commitment to punctuality
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to operational demands
• Preference given to candidates with experience in freight forwarding, hazardous materials handling, or logistics technology systems.
