All Flag Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Truck Driver/Operations Staff to join our freight forwarding team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role combines hands-on driving with essential operational support to ensure timely, safe deliveries and smooth daily logistics workflows. You will plan routes, conduct vehicle checks, load and unload cargo, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Philippine Professional Driver's License (PDL) for commercial vehicles.
• Proven experience as a truck driver or commercial vehicle operator.
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Physical fitness with ability to perform loading/unloading.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes.
• Perform vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Load, secure, and unload freight with proper documentation.
