Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes within the Philippines. The driver will be responsible for vehicle inspection, safe loading/unloading of cargo, and timely delivery of goods while ensuring compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

• Operate company-owned trucks (e.g., 4-wheeler, 6-wheeler, 10-wheeler, wing van, or trailer) to deliver goods across Luzon, Visayas, and/or Mindanao.
• Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring the safety and integrity of items.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate trip records including delivery receipts, fuel consumption, mileage, and travel logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery updates or delays.
• Perform basic troubleshooting in case of minor mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules, LTO regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in securing permits or clearances required for transporting goods.
• Uphold the company’s image by providing excellent service and professionalism on the road.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (RC 3, 8 or as required)
• With 1–3 years of truck driving experience
• Familiar with local and long-haul routes
• Can understand delivery documentation (e.g., invoices, gate passes)
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads if needed
• Knowledge in basic truck maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
