Job summary

STARPORT PH HOLDINGS INC. seeks a reliable Truck Administrator to join our logistics team in the Philippines. You will support payroll processing for drivers, manage timekeeping, and maintain driving records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• College degree required; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and basic administrative processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to identify discrepancies in records, fuel consumption, and trip information.
• Good communication and coordination with drivers and operations.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced trucking environment.
• Responsible and organized; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing weekly or bi-monthly payroll for drivers based on fixed rates, mileage, and trip-based incentives.
• Track driver incentives, allowances, and deductions such as cash advances and other applicable deductions.
• Review, verify, and encode Daily Time Records (DTR) of drivers and helpers.
• Monitor overtime hours and night shift differentials.
• Monitor truck locations and trips through GPS systems to ensure routes and delivery schedules are followed.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding breakdowns, accidents, delivery delays, and other operational concerns.
• Monitor fuel consumption and verify fuel receipts against mileage and trip records.
• Process, organize, and file completed trip tickets and other trucking-related documents.
• Maintain updated records of driver licenses, truck permits, insurance documents, and other required documents.
• Ensure that necessary vehicle and personnel documents are properly monitored and filed.
• Perform other related duties and tasks assigned by management.
