Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Philippines is seeking a Functional Consultant to lead treasury implementation projects remotely. You will engage with clients from discovery to delivery, translate requirements into functional designs, and deliver implementations of Treasury Management solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with major TMS platforms, strong client-facing skills, and ability to train users and support post-go-live activities for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Treasury Management / Financial Technology / Banking.
• Hands-on product implementation experience with enterprise Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience leading client engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Management processes (cash management, debt, hedging, risk).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through solution delivery.
• Conduct requirements workshops and design sessions with clients.
• Configure and implement Treasury Management solutions per business needs.
• Analyze processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams through the lifecycle.
• Prepare functional docs, process flows, and implementation deliverables.
• Deliver user training and post-go-live support.
• Manage stakeholder communication and project delivery.
