Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Treasury & Finance Transformation Analyst to drive global implementations of cross-functional finance initiatives within Global Services. You will partner with Program teams to ensure end-to-end accounting aligns with the global template, focusing on cash, currency & hedge, and intercompany areas.

You will lead deployment execution, data validation, testing, and training, while driving continuous improvement and managing cross-program interdependencies

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations and cash management.
• Strong background in process design and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to large transformation programs and cross-functional deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end treasury and finance transformation initiatives across global services.
• Coordinate among program teams for data loads, mappings, and reconciliations.
• Drive training and hypercare to ensure smooth post-implementation support.
• Perform root-cause analysis and manage interdependencies per governance.
