Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in treasury, cashiering, accounts receivable/payable, banking operations, or related finance functions.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash management processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor trade and non-trade collections, ensuring transactions are complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
• Manage receipt issuance, deposits, reconciliations, and settlement activities in compliance with company policies and controls.
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier payment releases, including check handling, validation, and monitoring.
• Process and monitor banking transactions, fund transfers, deposits, and bank-related requests.
• Prepare and submit operational and management reports related to cashiering, collections, and disbursements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, vendors, customers, and banking institutions to address inquiries and resolve transaction-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Perform other treasury and cashiering-related administrative responsibilities as assigned.
