Based in the Philippines, the position includes Cebu City assignment with occasional travel to Manila for meetings. Strong background in treasury, accounting, and banking relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of treasury experience including liquidity management and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial markets/instruments.
• Experience with banking relationships and covenants.
• Excellent time management and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software systems.
• Willingness to be assigned in Cebu City and travel to Manila

Responsibilities

• Treasury Operations: Manage cash positioning, bank accounts and treasury controls to maintain liquidity.
• Financial Integrity: Record treasury transactions, reconcile cash movements with GL, support audits.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop financial strategies to support growth and optimize working capital.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance and covenants.
• Team Leadership: Foster high performance, mentor treasury and accounting teams.
