Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Treasury professional to lead interbank trading across FX, money markets, and derivatives. You will actively manage liquidity, funding, and balance sheet optimization in coordination with Relationship Managers and Treasury Sales teams.

The role requires 5-10 years in treasury or global markets, with hands-on exposure to FX spots/forwards, swaps, IRS, CCS, and currency options.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Treasury or Global Markets experience with interbank dealing and liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of FX Spot, Forwards, Swaps, IRS, CCS, and Currency Options.
• Familiarity with BSP regulations and risk governance policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage interbank trading across FX, money markets, and derivatives within risk limits.
• Manage treasury positions, liquidity, and funding requirements.
• Trade derivatives including FX Forwards/Swaps, IRS, CCS and hedging products.
• Provide hedging and risk management solutions to clients with RM teams.
• Monitor market developments to identify trading opportunities and risks.
