Role Purpose

Handle issuance of OR to COD collections & coordinate cash remittance with the Bank. Assist for COD payments in preparation of MC /DA (Manager's cheque & Debit Advise) and coordinate availability to Operations. Assist on Tax reporting in preparation & monitoring of OR, inventory and collection of CWT's.

Handle issuance of OR to COD collections & coordinate cash remittance with the Bank. Assist for COD payments in preparation of MC /DA (Manager's cheque & Debit Advise) and coordinate availability to Operations. Assist on Tax reporting in preparation & monitoring of OR, inventory and collection of CWT's.

Key Activities

• Issues official receipt to client for the COD payments received
• Prepares daily collection report and submit to OTC/RTR for BIR reporting purpose
• Conducts daily cash counts to ensure collection received is intact.
• Assist in preparation of daily MC's & Debit Advise and route for approval of authorized signatories
• Assist in releasing cheques to requestors/vendors.
• Prepares daily disbursement report for transmittal to PTP
• Coordinate MC availability to requestors and ensure to keep duplicate copy for Cashier
• Prepare summary of cancelled checks for transmittal to PTP & RTR
• Prepares & monitor OR inventory
• Assist Treasury Team Supervisor for other urgent tasks
• Responding to customer queries, complaints and addressing transaction-related issues
• Performs other duties functions as necessary and required.
