Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance-related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting, Treasury Operations, or Corporate Treasury.
• Experience in transport or logistics industry is a plus.

• Handle and process daily cash collections and deposits
• Reconcile cash inflows and ensure funds match transaction records
• Process revolving fund disbursements and replenishments for daily operational needs
• Collect fees for storage, handling, and additional warehousing services
• Prepare daily sales reports detailing all cash collections and deposits
• Reconcile cash and revolving fund accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Generate and submit reports related to cash activity
• Issue receipts and maintain organized records of financial transactions
• Ensure all cash handling complies with company policies and procedures
• Participate in periodic audits and ensure accurate documentation for internal and external auditors
