Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (preferred) or any related Finance/Accounting course.
• At least 2–3 years relevant experience in Bank Reconciliation, Treasury, or General Accounting (required).
• Hands-on experience in handling multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions.
• Experience in SAP or similar accounting system is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation templates).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation for all company bank accounts.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items such as outstanding checks, deposits in transit, and bank discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounting, AP, and Collections teams for timely resolution of variances.
• Monitor aging of unreconciled items and ensure closure within set timelines.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and schedules for management and audit requirements.
• Assist in month-end closing and audit support (internal and external).
