Job summary

Aguila Glass is seeking an Accounting/Finance professional to manage monthly bank reconciliations, postings, and compliance for treasury activities. The role involves processing deposits, wire transfers, vendor payments, and maintaining accurate records across branches and the Head Office.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and has at least three years of experience with strong numerical and confidentiality skills, integrity, and trustworthy conduct.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile main bank accounts monthly and monitor bank transactions.
• Prepare and process deposits, payments, wire transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Process supplier payments and ensure compliance with proper payment procedures.
• Monitor checks for release and coordinate the distribution/collection of available checks.
• Prepare and send financial documents to branches, customers, suppliers, and other concerned parties.
• Ensure bank credit and debit memos, remittances, and other bank transactions are properly posted to Head Office accounts.
• Maintain organized records of bank statements, deposits slips, and other treasury documents.
