Job summary

The Laguna Creamery Inc is seeking a meticulous Treasury Assistant in Metro Manila to support cash management, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations, ensuring accurate records and smooth cash flow. You will coordinate with internal teams and banking partners, assist in treasury reporting and analysis, and help implement processes during month-end closings and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; accountancy graduates preferred.
• At least 6 months of experience in banking, treasury, or related financial function; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proactive, adaptable, ethical, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Training in Treasury, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Analysis, or Risk Management is an advantage.
• Willing to work extended hours during month-end closing, audits, or other critical treasury activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash management, bank reconciliation, and monitoring of bank accounts and cash flows.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of cash and cash equivalents and treasury transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and banks to resolve reconciliation items and gather financial information.
• Support treasury reporting, financial analysis, and compliance with relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining banking relationships and implementing treasury processes and procedures.
