Job summary

BDO Unibank seeks a Product Development Officer to craft and maintain Treasury product manuals and procedural circulars in line with regulations and internal standards.

You will develop Treasury-related products, enhance existing offerings, and coordinate documentation with Treasury staff and other units. The role involves preparing procedures, ensuring timely submissions, and supporting regulatory reporting and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years experience, Treasury exposure preferred.
• Analytical, systematic, capable of working under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develops Treasury-related products and services as identified by the product sponsor.
• Updates/modifies product features in line with market needs and regulations.
• Coordinates and revises product manuals with Treasury and other units.
• Substantiates product manual discussions with research on definitions, pricing, and regulations.
• Prepares procedures to use issued products with other bank offerings.
• Identifies activities and system support needed for product documentation.
• Completes and submits product documentation within deadlines.
• Prepares Treasury activity documents for senior management and regulators.
• Reviews Treasury Manuals/PPCs triggered by product sponsor.
• Prepares materials for regulatory agency presentations and client meetings.
• Coordinates requirements or issues with other units or counterparties.
