Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a Product Owner to lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of brokerage products and services. You will translate customer needs into commercially viable solutions and drive execution with senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will design offerings across Wealth, coordinate with investment management, trading, legal, compliance, finance, and technology to ensure a consistent client experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in financial industry in product development or related role.
• Knowledge of investment products.

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance brokerage product offerings in partnership with Wealth leaders to deliver customer value.
• Lead end-to-end product launches and changes with cross-functional teams (investment management, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations, tech).
• Act as enterprise subject matter expert for assigned products and support complex matters in governance forums.
• Rationalize and consolidate products to improve focus and support revenue growth.
• Ensure disciplined product support and a consistent client experience across business units for new launches and changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance product offerings in partnership with leaders across the Wealth enterprise to deliver clear customer value.
• Lead end-to-end product launches and changes, coordinating closely with investment management, business channels, trading, legal, compliance, risk, finance, tax, operations, and technology.
• Act as the enterprise subject matter expert for assigned products, supporting complex matters and representing business in governance forums.
• Rationalize and consolidate products to improve focus, optimize resources, and support revenue and growth objectives.
• Ensure disciplined product support and a consistent client experience across business units for new launches and material program changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 7 years in financial industry in a product development or related position
• Knowledgeable in investment products
