Job summary

Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) in Makati, Philippines seeks an Operations Officer to supervise production output and ensure accurate, timely delivery of bank products and services in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years of banking operations experience in an officer capacity, with a strong grasp of BSP circulars and day-to-day banking activities. Advanced accuracy, adaptability, and prioritization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any relevant course.
• 5–7 years of experience in banking operations in an officer role.
• Knowledge of bank operations, BSP circulars, regulations and reports.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• In charge of operations production output ensuring competent, timely, and error-free delivery of bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties of the organization within the prescribed internal and external controls, regulations and standards with management and supervisory responsibility over individual members of the unit, with full knowledge and application of current AMLA, Compliance and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific

• Knowledge of Specific Functional Work : Bank’s operations, products and services BSP circulars, regulations and reports Day-to-day banking activities (i.e. Head Office and Business Centers)
