Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years in Treasury, AR, or Credit & Collection.
• Excel skills for data reports and trackers.
• Skilled in bank deposits, check clearing, and online transaction verification.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and secure daily cash inflows and store collections.
• Gather, label, and prepare daily deposits with bank and account details.
• Input replaced, held, and returned checks into the accounting system.
• Monitor accounts receivable and reconcile discrepancies with stores.
• Disseminate daily collection deposits and payment checks to messengers.
• Log deposit slip copies and maintain source details in records.
• Fill bank forms for annual account renewals across the group.
• Follow cash handling and petty cash SOPs strictly.
• Investigate and resolve mismatches in credit card settlements and deposits.
• Verify affiliate/client payments and online transactions; update AR status.
• Coordinate with store managers for timely submission of reports.
• Support daily treasury workflows and provide team assistance as needed.
