Job summary

Macondray Finance Corporation seeks a detail-oriented Treasury Assistant/Associate to support daily financial operations in Metro Manila. You will assist cash management, reconciliations, and bank transactions across branches.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Financial Management/Business Administration and at least 3 years in treasury. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Netsuite, SAP or QuickBooks are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
Knowledgeable in cash management, collections, disbursements, and bank transactions.
Familiar with financial documentation, reporting, and reconciliation.
Ability to manage a large volume of transactions efficiently.
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy in handling funds and records.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different branches and departments.
