Job summary

Maxicare in Makati, Philippines seeks a Treasury Assistant Manager - Collection to lead day-to-day collection operations within the Finance and Treasury division. You will supervise collectors and analysts, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk controls.

A BSBA Accounting or related degree and 3–5 years in treasury or collections are preferred. The role reports to the Treasury Senior Manager and collaborates with internal teams and external agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor/College graduate in accounting or related field.
• Three years to less than five years of related experience in treasury/collection functions.
• Executive-level skills: integration and coordination within a single management area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day collection team activities and drive process improvements.
• Plan, organize and control treasury collection functions to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate with third-party collection agencies for unrecovered accounts.
• Conduct staff training to improve performance and quality delivery.
• Support audits and process improvement initiatives aligned with SAP integration.
