Job summary

Qualifications

• Responsible for daily issuance of receipts from payment platforms.
• Reconcile invoices with ORs and report to Supervisor.
• Respond to inquiries related to OR Management and related accounts.
• Monitor OR Management email and ensure timely handling.
• Perform cash management activities including bank transfers and liquidity reports.
• Record transactions in the financial system.
• Assist in investment management activities.
• Perform other related functions as assigned by the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Daily issuance of receipts from different payment platforms and ensuring turn-around-time compliance.
• Reconcile the invoice being paid against the OR being issued when necessary.
• Review and respond to inquiries related to OR Management and other accounts.
• Monitor email correspondences directed to OR Management and ensure timely handling.
• Perform cash management activities: daily bank account updating and fund transfers.
• Liaise with bank partners and financial institutions and update bank docs.
• Analyze and prepare liquidity management reports and assist in investments.
• Record relevant transactions in the financial system and perform other duties as assigned.
