Job summary

Philippines AirAsia (PAA) seeks an Executive, Sales to drive growth of travel trade partnerships in the Philippines and the WANO network. You will oversee partner sales performance, onboard new partners, and promote AirAsia inventory across trade channels.

The role requires a minimum Diploma with 3+ years in commercial sales within travel/trade distribution and strong communication skills. Field visits and events are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial sales and trade distribution experience.
• Experience in airline operations, GDS, or B2B travel tech platforms (WANO, PKFARE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and management of travel trade partnerships across the Philippines and WANO network.
• Drive partner sales performance and maximize flight and dynamic package bookings.
• Expand customer and trade partner base through field visits and account management.
• Maintain daily communication with key travel trade partners and corporate buyers.
• Deliver product training and coordinate trade briefings and events.
