Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• High School Graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Investigate and resolve complaints timely and professionally.
• Process travel-related requests (reservations, ticketing, rebookings, cancellations) using GDS.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement of service processes.
