Job summary

Atain is seeking a GDS Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa to deliver high-quality service as the first point of contact for customers. Qualifications

1 year hands-on experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
High School Graduate with call center exposure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
