Job summary

IGT Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated GDS Specialist in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive overall experience across phone, email, and other channels.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using GDS, as well as maintaining detailed records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS).
• High School graduates with at least 1 year of call center experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Investigate and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Handling travel-related requests such as reservations, ticketing, rebookings, and cancellations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and services
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Support continuous improvement in customer service processes and procedures
