Qualifications

• No BPO experience required for college graduates of Tourism, HRM, Aviation, or a similar travel-related course.
• Requires 6 months of BPO experience for senior high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates of other courses.
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
• Computer experience.
