What You'll Do

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• No BPO experience required for college graduates of Tourism, HRM, Aviation, or a similar travel-related course
• Requires 6 months of BPO experience for senior high school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates of other courses
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Computer experience
