Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to manage property onboarding and maintain accurate listings across our PMS and key distribution channels. The role ensures seamless channel integrations, accurate content and rate mapping, and optimal system performance to support distribution operations.

The successful candidate will onboard properties, map rate plans, and troubleshoot synchronization issues.

Qualifications

• Experience managing OTA listings on major platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia.
• Understanding of the technical relationship between PMS and Channel Managers, API connections, and troubleshooting synchronization errors.
• At least 1 year of experience in distribution/channel management.
• Must be keen to details.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage new and existing properties in the PMS and across all distribution channels, including rate plan mapping and content management.
• Maintain and update listings across OTAs, GDS, and direct channels.
• Update content and settings across third-party extranets, PMS, and channel management systems.
• Assist in setting up new distribution channels and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve channel-related discrepancies promptly.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor channel health for optimal visibility and functionality.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Distribution Coordinator to manage property onboarding and maintain accurate listings across our PMS and key distribution channels. This role ensures seamless channel integrations, accurate content and rate mapping, and optimal system performance to support smooth and efficient distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage new and existing properties in the property management system and across all distribution channels, including tasks such as rate plan mapping, channel manager integration, and content management.
• Maintain and update accurate listings across OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia), GDS (Global Distribution System), corporate and direct booking channels.
• Update content, copy and settings across third-party extranets, PMS, and channel management systems.
• Assist in setting up new distribution channels and integrating properties into existing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve channel-related discrepancies or technical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor channel health to ensure active connection, optimal visibility and functionality.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support smooth distribution operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all distribution systems through effective procedures and controls.

Qualifications:

• OTA experience/knowledge: Managing property listings, content, and inventory on major platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia
• Technical experience: Understanding of the technical relationship between Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers (CM); ability to navigate API connections, rate plan mapping, and troubleshoot synchronization errors
• At least 1year experience in the above areas

Work setup: Hybrid, Onsite during training and will transition to Hybrid
