• Review competitor rates and promotions to provide market intelligence to Revenue/Commercial Teams.
• Assist in designing seasonal offers or visibility boosters to maximize online revenue.
• Manage hotel content to align with brand positioning and ensure platform suitability and content scores.
• Manage OTA paid media within budget to achieve targeted ROI.

The role works with the Revenue leader to provide revenue strategy and proposed actions for major accounts. Manage the hotel’s information, rates and availability in all distribution channels to ensure data integrity and fully optimise booking opportunities. 100% sync with Cluster Hotels’ Revenue Teams and Marketing team to deliver the best performance in the assigned channel on planned and tactical strategies.1. Ensure the accurate and timely loading of rates and offers in line with hotel revenue strategies and promotions across all channels, including Bedbanks. 2. Maintain competitive rates and availability on OTAs and Bedbanks while effectively managing margins and rate parity. 3. Conduct test bookings to identify unauthorized rates from intermediaries, ensuring that parity scores meet established targets. 4. Collaborate regularly with Market Managers to optimise account performance through strategic insights and actions. 5. Regularly review competitor rates and promotions, providing the Revenue/Commercial Teams with valuable market intelligence. 6. Collaborate with the Cluster Revenue Leader to design and assess seasonal offers or visibility boosters focused on maximizing online revenue. 7.
